mach 3 Speed Check

With it’s roots in the original Mach 3 location in San Antonio, the Mach 3 Speed Check is designed to give you actionable insights into how effectively you generate power in the golf swing. Sessions will include:

  • A before and after measurement on your club and ball speed.

  • 3D analysis of your golf swing and movement patterns using SportsBox 3D.

  • A Trackman report on how effectively you generate distance from a club speed, ball speed, and ball flight perspective.

  • A movement session with our team in the gym to understand the movements required to generate more clubhead speed.

  • You will leave with a Mach 3 tool of your choosing to continue your speed work.

mach 3 Certification

MAVN serves as an education facility for our Mach 3 network of coaches. Come see our team for a full-day certification event to dive deep on the Mach 3 Instruction system.

  • 5 Hours of “Classroom” time

  • 3 Hours of “Learning in Action” in our facility

  • All instructors will leave with a Level 1 Certification in Mach 3 instruction and Mach 3 Speed
